A splashy new building means much-deserved curatorial space for the New Museum's longtime digital-art affiliate, Rhizome. Its first effort is this video installation by Korean collective Young-Hae Change Heavy Industries, pairs neatly with the largely conceptual show upstairs: It's smooth jazz meets poetic, sometimes biting, text-based Flash.
